I would personally love to know how a pair of jeans can be expanded to better fit! As I went quickly through menopause last year during treatment for breast cancer, a year later my body feels quite different and many of my pants are quite a bit snugger in the waist - I'd love to be able to keep them and wear them through some DIY modifications.
