Loved the tips in the “making a smart phone dumb” piece! For the last few months, I’ve been using a “brick” (https://getbrick.app/) to accomplish my goal of getting sucked into my phone less, and it’s been amazing. It’s not free, but the physical nature of it has been exactly what I needed. I run a forest school program, so I am out in the woods all day and my smartphone is essentially my work computer and very much required to communicate with families, parks employees, etc. Wanted to plug the Brick in case anyone else is out there who hasn’t yet found a solution that works for them!
