There’s a feature available on Substack called “chat,” where subscribers can engage in conversation with the author of a newsletter and their fellow readers. It functions kind of a like a group text chain where readers can ask questions, reply to threads, and upload pictures.
I’m wondering if this feels like a feature that paid subscribers would be interested in having access to? Not sure exactly how I’d like to use it yet, but I’m curious to know what folks think, if you don’t mind answering the poll below! (Feel free to respond in the comments, too!)
